Out of the noise of Samara center, this is the perfect location, with an unconventional touch, if you want to relax and sleep in a very quiet place surrounded by nature.

Few steps from the center and the beach, located beside a protected area, near supermarkets, groceries, restaurants and everything you will need.

Three separate living units (two apartments and one studio), each with its private outdoor patio.

Modern and tastefully decorated, each unit has one bedroom complete with private bathroom and kitchen.

One apartment and the studio could be rented out as one single house, with a communicating door.

All units are equipped with a/c, orthopedic mattress, ceiling fans in every room, real hot water, drying rack, insect screen windows/doors, WI-FI 300 Mbps free access, cable TV, security box.

The apartments (not the studio) feature an automatic washing machine.

The kitchen has fridge, microwave, blender, electric cooktop with 2 burners, toaster and coffee maker...and cutlery, dishes and everything necessary as well!

We offer linens and bath towels.
